Well as long as they apoligize and pay for it its okay. I mena they're jpop artists! They can send a new rock from japan if they wanted to. It was just a misunderstanding so anyone who takes it too far is too uptight.

I know graffiti is wrong and illegal but what really pisses me off about it is the fact a lot of them half-*** it. I mean look at some of the great graffiti artists out there. From that rebel teen boy to Keith Herring or Basquiat. If you're gonna do it don't make it look like crappy handwriting! Just keep it anon.

Takes it too far?

Heck, you should see San Francisco... Graffiti all over the freaking place.

And that's even with the law in place that if the cost to repair the situation exceeds $400, it's a felony in the state of California.

Sorry, I'm still for wondering how they were allowed to do that and still participate at the convention.

I agree on both your points. I feel sorry for them. They see graffiti already there, then they consult an onsite coordinator and apparently are told its okay. I cant really blame em for thinking it was okay. Now theyve got people acting like theyre jerks for "vandalizing" our country. My God, it was a misunderstanding. Cut em some slack.

As for Graffiti in general, I only hate it when its just some ugly little scribble. Cause then its basically just "lol! I wrote my name on dat! Im such a rebel!" Its just stupid.

The whole invented controversy is so ridiculous. Everybody's raising fits over something fairly harmless. Heck, if it's public land, if I were in charge, it'd be fine by me. It's a nice way to leave their mark. If it's private land, then whoops, not cool.

That said, where did they get the paint? Wink
