And here I was looking at the cast list going "No way he's the character voiced by spoiler[Tom Kenny.]"

This is from spoiler[Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse. Blank is the dead lieutenant. A is Leon and B is Sharon. Leon is still upset at Yuuya for the death of the lieutenant. This scene happens the day after the bar fight. ]
