Obviously, this makes the younger brother a magnet to be touched by people who have done terrible things. This guy can touch his brother without problem though, presumably because they've been together their entire lives.]

Calathan, are you absolutely sure it's from an anime? Way back in the darkened recesses of my mind, the picture rings a bell -- but the animation style does not look Japanese to me.
