I But what was wrong with Vandread? Gonzo Digimation has been doing a good job in my opinion.

The physics were off...well more noticibly so than most mech series I've seen, as mechs are not exactly the best design to begin with. They didn't move natually and didn't look anything close to real or believable to me and as a result offen were distracting. They moved like they had no mass and didn't weigh anything even when they were in atnosphere. The show was pretty good though I won't knock that.

Vandread was pretty solid, but still didn't mesh well enough. I'd also like to see a CG mech that has the fluidity and life of, say, Gurren Laggan. I know it's totally possible, I just really haven't seen it done, except perhaps in Beast Machines but that was entirely CG.
