Quite sure it will, unless they make it in short-form format. Despite the subject matter it is a fairly high profile manga. As such even if in the unlikely case it doesn't get an English release, there'll be fansubs to be found instead of the usual rips.

I think licencing itself is important. Else the production committies would feel discouraged to do raunchy anime.

Out of curiosity, I just read the first 18 chapters. This is pure degeneracy. If lolicon fanservice makes you squeamish, this is probably gonna make most of you guys run for the hills. A harem anime where the protagonist is a feral dog who gets females sexually and romantically interested in him? Igh...

Make no mistake, this show is entirely about sexy female bodies. Its advertising material makes no bones about this. It is ecchi between teen girls and a dog.

On the downside, if this gets licensed while Futoku no Guild didn't then there's no justice in this world.

You make it sound like it's the MC's fault the main girl is into bestiality. Anyways, one good thing is that it doesn't hide what you're in for at least. Inukai is a special kind of character to be sure.

Don't be so sure. Seven Seas just recently licensed The Great Snake's Bride manga, where the fmc and the titular snake copulate. Quite graphically. On screen. Over several pages. And yes, the snake stays in snake form. We even learn snakes have two penises... There's also vore sort of, the snake at one occasion keeps her warm on a chilly day by swallowing her.
Or take Shed! Ryugasaki-San, licensed by Kaiten books, where the mc tries to copulate with the fmc in her lizard form. At least here it stays off-screen so we're spared the details...
So apparently there IS a market. (count me in among it)

If the non-human is a half-human/half-animal or an anthropomorphized animal like some smart talking animal, the way they deliver it means I may or may not check the series out.
"Inukai-san" is one that I would personally avoid more. If he had a human-to-dog and vice versa transformation, I might check it out more.

Redo of Healer didn't get episode reviews even though it was probably popular enough to get voted in. (And having watched that one out, I'm glad it didn't, as the commentary on it would have been a shitstorm.) If this one is more potentially a "run for the hills" title then that one, then I don't see this one getting picked up, either.

Might be an overstatement. I've checked out a couple of episodes, and it really has nothing going for it beyond ecchi.

I'm not really sure if mindbreak is more or less run to the hills than bestiality. That seems like the type of thing that depends on the person.

I don't see how this is worse than loli or rape stuff. While girls don't know that, the dog is same-age high-schooler, so it's arguably consensual, and it's clear that, like Cryten wrote, it's totally about ecchi scenes with girls. From what I've seen, MC as dog is mostly an excuse for "lucky pervert" trope from his POV, plus some spicyness from bestiality.
