Geez. I'd expect visuals that cheap for a TV anime or ONA. But for a film where many would at least expect a higher level of quality? What were the creators of this thinking? |

Honestly after watching the trailer I'm a big fan of the visual style, but I guess I can see how it'd be disappointing if you're expecting theatrical level animation.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's what it basically is, the two companies credited for animation production are an actual studio and Hurray which describe themselves as a "small video production team" with three people credited. |

the lipsync animation looks a little cheap, but otherwise im also a fan of the animation shown in the trailers. the lighting, colours, and backgrounds all look pretty gorgeous. reminds me of kamierabi but with much better execution
