Sentai Filmworks licensed the series, and streamed it on the now-defunct Anime Strike streaming service in the United States, and outside of the United States on HIDIVE.

I know I'm obnoxiously splitting hairs here, but Girls' Last Tour is streaming on Amazon Prime (standard) in Canada, not on HIDIVE.

It would be a real shame not to have the rest of the story animated. This was one of the biggest surprise hits for in 2017. So i hope it might get like a few ova or something and get animated. It deserves it.

One of the Best Anime of 2017 i highly recommend anyone to watch it. Smile

So if they knew this was already ending, why didn't just run 2-cour? Seems illogical to just drop it where they did.

So this would be a good time to continue producing the anime right? It now has a complete story to adapt, I assume the show was successful as well, or at least critically acclaimed in Japan. I'd love to see the entire story adapted because season 1 was one of the strongest anime of the year.

Just realized that 42 can be read as しに/死に... Shocked
Welp... I just hope all ends well.
