They announced in a press release that they will have new programming. The schedule just hasn't been updated yet.

I love it when Toonami/Adult Swim develop original properties.
This might actually be worth investing in cable for.

For three shows, specifically. I guess it's a start.

Oh snap, either they didn't update that yet when I looked at it, or I missed it because I was only looking for yellow. Now I feel more excited.

Why don't they just make another network station?
Like Toonami Network or something. Depending on the time of day will tell what animes would show. Like early morning are more kid friendly, afternoon would be DBZ stuff, and night would be stuff the adult swim stuff, like D.gray-man and Bleach.

I love how people are basically excited about a new coat of paint on a Yugo.
It's going to be the same godawful shows, the same horrible timeslots which get crushed by sports and social lives, and the new paint will attract people for all of one week before people realize "Hey, Stein's Gate/Durarara/Kekkaishi really, really, REALLY sucks" and go to the bar.

I love how you keep rambling on any chance you get about how this is pointless when you made yourself ridiculously clear the first time. Seriously, if you don't like or care about any of this, then fine. What's not being made clear at all is why do you keep ranting on about it as you do care or rather your opinion towards all of this has to be the most important? I really don't get the logic from guys like you whenever it comes to complaining about stuff like this. You express how much you don't care and yet you keep going on and on about your thoughts on it as if you do care. Do you even want a reason to watch something or TV or not? If you don't, then once again, it begs the question. Why do you keep being vocal about as if actually matters to you?

Because I've seen the way the programmers have utterly ruined Adult Swim Action, and I'm flabbergasted that all it takes to excite people is nothing but a stupid CG robot when none of the core problems have been fixed.

So you're just soapboxing then? Because so far, I'm noticing you simply going, "look at me! I'm talking like I know the solution to all of this! But instead of actually giving the solution, I'm going to insult the people that I think are doing everythign wrong! So just listen to me talk!"

I'm just going to sit back and when the ratings do drop like a stone say "I told you so." Because people are being blinded by nostalgia. Obviously saying that's stupid will do no good.

You're flabbergasted? Really? People like Toonami. I don't see why that's so difficult for you to wrap your mind around. Yes, there is a certain level of nostalgia at play here, but people actually like Toonami.
GASP, right?
If only we could all have such good taste as you.
