It is spoiler[Sasameki Koto] but my fansub is a little different. It's a spoiler[Sumika monologue at the end of episode 4. She has been unsuccessful in finding a suitable fifth lesbian for the girls' club using Akemiya as bait and is wondering whether, if she were successful, it would work against her own desires.]
