This isn't very important, but I thought I'd just point it out and say I was just watching CNN Heandline News, and they had a little headline on the bottom about "Anime DVDs" being released today, and were showing "Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Vol.1, Last Exile Vol.5, Witch Hunter Robin Vol.6, and Beyblade Vol.10."
I never thought I'd see that on a CNN network of all places..., but it was nice to see.

Well, Cartoon Network DOES pull in more profit than CNN now ... I suppose Turner's just catering to their consumers as needed

Whenever it's a slow news day you'll see it. As CNN is the most favored channel on my campus, I've seen them list anime DVD releases about 4-5 times this year.. I suspect if you did a dedicated survey, you'd probably see them mention anime DVDs once every two or three weeks. |

I'm not sure whether CNN being the fave channel is sad or not. Yes, there are some rather strange things on the crawl every now and then. CNN first let me know that USA Today was jacking up it's price by 50% (from 50 to 75 cents). |

I really enjoy it when I see anime news on a news channel! I saw one thing on the news one time about different anime cons.
