Lol! I'm actually hoping it's the former. I haven't seen many scenarios like that outside of the futanari fetish one sees in hentai.

Um, no, it won't be, judging by the artwork and the magazine. Crossdressing can be found in shounen and seinen manga, as in Yakisoba Milk Tea, for example.

The video clearly states that the main character is in fact a guy. Which is a shame since I was all  when I saw the manga cover on the ANN article. >_>
