I would have done some more work on these only they came up in the middle of doing something else and a relative arrived.

Unable to find an online source, but since "chi" and "ti" are alternative romanisations for "ち" and the role is consistent I have moved the single credit from Yamaguti to Yamaguchi. |

-- Hideki Hamazu is a misreading of Hideki Hamasu (濱洲 英喜) Source 1. -- Backing this one up: Hirotsugu Hamazaki and Hiroshi Hamazaki are misreadings of Hiroshi Hamasaki (浜崎 博嗣). Additional source 1, 2. -- Noriyuki Matsutake is a misreading of Tokuyuki Matsutake (松竹徳幸; wrong given name in kanji entered on his profile too).
