For the 4th week in a row for me, the "Releases for the week of XX-XX" section of the X-Button displays all text with only 1 word per line for me.

Happens on 3 different computers, all running IE 8. OS either Vista or XP. Happens whether I'm logged in or not. Verified on new install this morning.

Today it occurs between the "RELEASES FOR THE WEEK OF 12-6" and "EXTRA LIVES: FALCOM ANIME" headers.

Does NOT occur with any X-Button article prior to November 11.

I've had the exact same problem, also using IE 8.

Ok, I'm still getting this problem, and I did some looking into the html code to try to figure out what is different from the older X-Button columns that display correctly and the newer ones that display incorrectly in IE8. Basically, everything inside the tables is being displayed with one word or image per line. That is, everything after the <table border="0"> statement and before the </table> statement is one word per line. Checking the older X-Button columns, the tables define the rows and columns with the <tr> statement before the <td> statement (i.e. they start with "<tr><td>" and end with "</td></tr>"). In the newer columns where the tables display incorrectly, the <td> statement is before the <tr> statement (i.e. they start with "<td><tr>" and end with "</tr></td>"). I tried saving a copy of the html source code for one of the newer articles and switching the order of the <td> and <tr> statements, and when I displayed my modified code, it displayed correctly, with multiple words per line. So I think the problem is that the ordering of the <tr> and <td> statements that you are using is incompatible with IE8.

The two most recent columns are completely fixed now. Thanks!

It looks like the November 11, November 18, November 25, December 2, and December 9 columns still have the issue. I'm assuming you haven't applied the fix to those ones yet.

The problem is back in the newest X-Button column that just went up (just in the releases section).

Can you post a screenshot ?

And if possible the page source (e-mail it to me [out of date email address] )

I don't see the problem.

Someone posted about this in the thread for the X-Button column, and it was promptly fixed (that is what the "this article has been modified since it was originally posted; see change history" message at the bottom of the article is about). The article looks good now.
