Hopefully, the more time spent in "production," the better the final release version will be. And please, Funi, license this and then give us the BDs in 12-24 months, so we can have them bilingual.

Nadeko Snake had the infamous episode ten. Which means that I'm not surprised it will take a while to get it back up to television standards, let alone DVD standards. I can't wait to buy the DVDs (in like two years time when they get here . . . ) and actually watch the fight scene as it was originally meant to be.

It was a bit more dramatic than that. After all, there was not one snake but two, and once pulled off they started do hit and run attacks in the long grass. Seeing the fight fully animated will hopefully be a treat, although I doubt it will top the thoroughly awesome second Suruga fight.

If anything is cool about Bakemonogatari, it's not the fighting scenes (and I'm talking about the ones that were actually animated). That's my opinion, anyway. Its strength is most definitely in its narration, and to some extent its characters.
Either way, here's hoping this means they're hard at work fixing those embarrassing gaps.

If people are expecting a fully animated fight for episode 10 then they will be sorely let down.
Bakemonogatari isn't the sort of show to just give you a normal fight sequence. I'm sure all they will do is remove a few of the text cards so you actually have an idea of what's going on this time, but still, it won't be anything special.
Still, nice to see them delaying none the less, as I'd rather have the version Shaft intended rather than a rushed out product.

Now I'm in despair
oh well I'm giving them a break, there most likely working there buts off trying to get things in order for the winter season and there mass set of OVAs coming out.
A month extra just means no snake arc in time for the holidays but I will live

We will just have to be more patient I guess, And you are right I believe bakemonogatari's strength is in its narration and characters as well its why I love the show
