I have chosen 4 perverts from 4 difernt anime if you don't like any of them chose other and who that pervert is. Also I have put in why they are on the vote.
1. Happosai (Ranma 1/2)- Panty stealing, skirt flipping, rolling around in panties. 2. James (Pokemon)- Crossdressing (hasn't done since season 3 though) 3. Miroku (Inu-Yasha)- Touches women's butts or asking them to bear his child or both. 4. Nobuyuki Masaki (Tenchi Muyo)- Peeping and owns a large colletion of Shoujo Manga (not an otaku). 5. Other My vote James why he crossdresses on a children's show hey isn't that pretty perverted. I'll cast my vote in the Other catagory and i'm voting for Kentaro Oe from Golden Boy. Why? because he hugs toilets after women he thinks are hot sit on them.

How was the name of that pervert in Burn Up Excess (or is there another name for the Anime?)? He was a profesional. He always carried a camera, and even gave special perversion lessons at the end of some chapeters.

Hmm. If I had my druthers, I'd rather be a pervert than an otaku. For the record, I'm not an otaku. Neither in the American sense nor in the Japanese sense of the word - and I really wish people would stop using that term to mean "fanboy". It gives me a start, every time. - abunai |

I gotta go with Miroku on this one, the funny thing about him is that if he toned it down a bit he could get a lot of play I'd put Lupin in that category as well--he has his moments. |

Onizuka is pretty perverted at times. But the fact that Happosai collects womens panties, irons them, and keeps them in storage is pretty hentai (perverted, not pornographic). Not to mention he purposely splashes water on Ranma all the time just to cop a feel.
