Well I just finished reading all of Love Hina manga.
Well is there any chance that Ken Akamatsu will continue it.He may have hinted he might in the last volume before the last two chapters start. In the Love Hina character Naru description 4 years after section , this is what it says that my hint a possible sequel.
"Congratulations and sorry for always drawing you naked!! But at least that's all over now. Yep you're free at last (Maybe)!! Just remember Keitaro loves you more than anything in the world. So just believe in his love and live happily ever after.
Could that been a hint for more Love Hina maybe years down the road when Ken Akamatsu want's to go back and do Love Hina? Or am I just reading to into it as to what he said in his quote?
He could continue right after Love Hina finishes. The first part deal with Keitaro finally telling Naru how he feels about her and the second have of the manga dels with Naru finnaly telling Keitaro how she feels about him. In the new manga it can deal with how Keitaro and Naru will handle their marrage and maybe she will get pregant and again how will they deal with it also etc. Also as to what is happening to the other characters maybe they will get boyfriends or get married etc.
Yeah I know it's a slim chance of Love Hina getting a sequel but hey anything can happen right??

I think this has been speculated before in another thread, but that one was from April.

By far one of the scariest things ever said on this forum. That is a soap opera and a half, my friend.
So, no...no sequels...no continuations...no more Love Hina.
Just let it diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie.

LOL Well I didn't meant to write it like that (a soap opera) but more like it will have comedy elements. Well I have no choice but to let it go.

Although I can appreciate the manga version of LH, (I still don't like the anime version all that much) I like how it ended. Nothing spoils a really good ending more trying to spin-off or reviving a franchise. While there are exceptions out there, let it go man...

Agreed. If you must see more Love Hina stuff, then pick up Negima. It's in the same spirit....

Only it's better...
I found it to be less annoying than Love Hina. I actually liked Negima and look forward to volume 2.

Already have "let it go" just wanted to know if Ken hinted it in the manga I guess not. Love Hina had a great ending that left me pleased on how it ended.

Ha yeah especially the moments were Naru is trying to figure out if she really loves keitaro. LH is more of a comedy/romance/drama than just a plain comedy.

Remember that Akmatsu-sensei planned to conclude the manga at what would be the 12th tankoban. Kodansha asked him to continue it for a while longer since it was such a hot comic release. Akamatsu-sensei took about 2 months off the comic to consider how he would do it. I do feel that he did an excellent job at tying up loose ends and then simply finishing off the whole thing.
Abel- wishes he could taunt Godai with the Maburaho bedsheet he just bought for someone. Yes there is Rin goodness.

Maburaho bedsheets? Geez... O_o
And I still say it's all about Yuuna.
And I forgot about his intent on ending it at vol. 12, but in all fairness, there wasn't really that much of a gap in time for me to consider it a "revival"
If I might explain myself further, it'd be like bringing a TV show back on after it's been over for a year or two. In this case, it usually doesn't do too well because it's been too long for the writers to capture the same feel it had before. I think that's exactly what would happen if Akumatsu were to try and do more Love Hina...

The Del Rey Manga release calendar that I got for buying XXXholic, Tsubasa, and Negima at my local media play says that Negima #2 comes out August 3-4.

yeah and actually I was lied to by some fansubbers who created a fake chapter of a new love hina by taking clips from issues and such. I doubt he will in fact he's busy with other things right now. I wouldn't mind more though.

The world needs another Ken Akamatsu anything about as much as the world needs me singing "Dancing Queen" by ABBA in the nude on stage at Anime Expo.

Love Hina is dead. And I hope it stays dead.
