With the news about the Speed Racer and Dragon Ball Z I was wondering which anime would you like to see live action.
For me it's Tenchi Muyo (OAV), Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Galaxy Angel, Cardcaptor Sakura and Inu-Yasha. I think that Sailor Moon and Pokemon have higher chanches then the others, but that's just my oppion. What Anime would you like to see? (I'm bad at spelling incase I mispelled anything)

Utena, even though things like the live action musical scare me, I'd like to see it brought to live action. It'd be even better if the characters could keep their whacky hair colours, and all together with the rest of the stuff in Utena, give the movie a real surreal look.

And for the heck of it, I want to see some Matantei Loki Embarassed. Course the whole plot and stuff with the norse gods may be a bit too much to fit into one movie.

I always wanted to see Sailor Moon turned into a live action movie since I first became a fan, but now with the live action tv series... I don't have that much of a need anymore. I love the new tv series.

I would definately like to see a Samurai Deeper Kyo as a live action movie. Because i think it could work out well even with bad acting.

And of course rumors always fly about anime getting turned into live action adaptions, but the only rumors i have heard that wouldn't mind seeing are the supposed Lupin the third, and Battle Angel Alita adaptions into live action.

(oh yeah don't worry about the spelling thing it's nothing major ya know)

Honestly I'm really not all that for anime making the transition to Live Action most of the time it would just be far to difficult to do. However shows such as Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin OVA and others that would not stretch the bounds of live action or have to much story to cover could be quite impressive in a non animated form.

I think Gantz would make a neat movie (if not, maybe a movie series).
Also, I think X-Day would make a interesting take as a movie too.

They already made a Lupin III live-action movie.

I'd like to see some of Yoshiaki Kawajiri's movies done in live-action. I can always go for some good sleaze, but since his movies are all animated I don't get the same wonderfully scuzzy feeling I get from most grindhouse flicks.

Gekigangar 3! If done correctly that could turn out to be one of the best movies ever made.

Personally i'm not a fan of the anime to movie transition. It's simply too hard, at this point in time, to replicate the things that are done in anime to a satisfying degree. It often will come off looking cheesy or just be downright dissapointing. Not to mention of course that humans sometimes just dont look as nice as their anime counterparts
