Full-size robots based off of famous classical robot anime are becoming somewhat popular now. If they were to do a life-size Evangelion Unit 01 (the reason I mention this Eva is because it is the most famous, strongest, and the most important one), that would take a long time since I read that robot's size is between 30-200 meters tall.
