Expect Goggle Chrome manga jerking up with Mozilla FireFox and Microsoft IE.

I much prefer the OS-tans being used in anime or manga rather than this.

But heck, this is mostly advertising.

This strikes me as ironic because Chrome's support for Japanese fonts is terrible.

EVERYTHING's support for Japanese character encoding is terrible, because so many websites fail at setting their header flags or meta tags correctly. There's no way to tell if a page is Shift JIS or EUC-JP except for looking at it and manually switching encodings if it's wrong.
