Where are you? They may have it blocked for ISPs outside of North America.

Eh, I'll check tommorow on my sister's laptop. I think she has chrome, FF, a newer IE and her computer isn't an outdated junk like mine.

I'm in Poland. If they indeed blocked it I guess it's time to look for some proxies in the US Sad

It's too bad it's just online. We need more manga magazines here.

Looks like it's region-locked. All three rendering engines give the same 'grey page' error, unless there's an upper resolution limit that's not the issue either (1920x1200). Seems like a silly thing to do though.

Dorohedoro and Children of the Sea are both terrific -- two of my favorite manga going. I can't say as I have read House of Five Leaves but I will say that I am less enthusiastic about Ono's work in general than the other two titles, but at the same time you could definitely do a lot worse.

Judging from the banner I'd say there's a good chance of them doing a title that I suppose would translate to something like "I Just Haven't Started Trying Yet", which is another personal favorite.

Anyway this is all very awesome and I am officially christening this thing Pulp II. May it inject some more good shit into the English-language market before it crashes and burns like its forefather, Pulp I (RIP, sweet prince).

I think it's a fantastic idea! Daisuke Igarashi is quite good. Smile

It doesn't work for me either, I tried it with Firefox and Safari. I don't think the browser resolution is the problem here.

@Dorohedoro
I love it so much. I already have until vol. 6 in French but it doesn't sell that well so it takes forever for new volumes to come out. Sad

If you're in Switzerland, my guess is it's a regional thing. ISP masker?

I guessed the same thing. I tried hotspot shield but it doesn't work either. Sad The site just won't load.

Edit: Ahh! It worked after all, it just took a long time to load!

The failure of Shojo Beat shows that an actual Ikki magazine would fail miserably (shojo being more mainstream than just about everything in Ikki).
I prefer this to nothing. I just hope it's received well enough that we actually get these manga in physical volumes.

I think Shojo failed cause of oversaturation, Ikki Comix might succeed because it's something relatively new.
