. . . Dragonaut?
...Seriously, FUNimation? Out of all those announcements, why Dragonaut?
Regardless, I am happy to hear Druaga's announced. I was really hoping for it and it got licensed. Now it's just a matter of waiting for when it'll get release.

Oh Druaga.
Why couldn't you have just stayed comedy gold like episode one?
Also, lawlz to Dragonaut and Blassreiter. Gonzo must have forced them into it if they were getting Druaga as well, heh.

I can't believe anyone would have doubted Druaga's licensing. It's GONZO, and it's FUNIMATION licensing it...oi, fansubbers
Regardless I bet most people don't know Druaga is based on an obscure old Namco arcade game

Yeah don't Gonzo normally release anime when they know the licensing is secured for it? I mean it's an unkown, but anime fans would recognize the brand.

Since they reminded you in almost every episode of the first season, you'd have to be an idiot not to know...
But may I join in the chorus of "Dragonaut? Seriously?" I mean, if they market it as a comedy, with maybe a Riff track to go along with it, it might actually sell, but otherwise, they're just wasting their money. I watched it because I had nothing funny to watch at the time and just laughed my ass off over how terrible it was.
Drauga a cute series, though, so hopefully they'll make some $$ of it.

All of the series were licensing no-brainers given their popularity, even Blassreiter, which has a good amount of fans. But Dragonaut getting licensed is a big surprise (maybe a tied-in license package). Regardless, as one of the eight people who thought it was good, I'll definitely be aiming to pick up the sets when they come out (with, hopefully, an English dub that doesn't monkey around with the script too much).

Actually, there was a big question of whether companies would touch the series which were legally streaming from the Japanese companies.

Eh this was a package deal right? I mean the ones you really wanted are the ones you're announcing next week right? Bamboo Blade is fine and I guess Blassreiter has it's fans but Dragonaut?
"Why the hell do they have all the Gonzo x BOST titles except for Strike Witches?"
Because no one is touching Strike Witches with a 100 foot pole.

I'd really love for Seto no Hanayome to be licensed.
That was a Gonzo collab, right?
