Would Halo manga ever come out here in the U.S. or in Japan?
THAT WOULD ROCK! 
or are we stuck with mediocre novels?

Although discussing a halo movie is off topic... This is about as close as it's gonna get I think!

I reeeeealy doubt it. Halo 2 hasn't even came out yet, and noone knows enough story for a movie. >_>

Doesn't matter that Halo 2 hasn't come out...sorry to say. It's America companys/industries. We do whatever rakes in money. If it would make the company more wealthier, they'd do it. Movie based games always seem to come out even if the movie isn't out. Same with the movie is out but the game isn't. And they could just make a movie of the game or something. The books have revealed a bit more. Maybe a movie about the Master Chief becoming who is known as in the game, a war machine. Something along those lines?

Oh and I dont have a good feeling for a Halo manga. It just doesn't seem right. A movie I could see not a manga. And if they did a movie I'd rather see it as a live action with supporting characters animated, a mixture of live and animated. I didn't really like FF: The Spirits Within. Though a CG could be alright depending how they go about doing it.

Mostly mediocer. But that would be cool, but how would it carry itself? The storyline I mean....would they use the same story from the game or a different story? Cause if they use the videogame storyline there is no use reading it if you've played the game.

Whats mediocer? They could make a movie from the books. I have all three of the books so far. The first book is the begining of the Spartan 2 project. The second book is pretty much just the video game. The third book fills in blanks from the first book (adding background and stuff to the story) and it fills stuff in from the second book. Then it takes off from the second book, where the video game ends. So i think they could get a good movie made if done properly. There is more then enough to make a good solid movie.
