Just wondering but except for the last one, are the other two just animated in a different country?

The other two are live-action, and the animated one (if you can call rotoscoped animation "animated") is Israeli. I think this is just a press release sent automatically that ANN has because they subscribe to Madman's feed.

Madman distributes other things besides anime.

"Waltz With Bashir" did not use rotoscoping. See this interview, where director Folman comments on the subject:

I guess I heard wrong, then.

I haven't seen it (or any other film released in the past two months) due to the Ottawa bus drivers' strike.
