Uhg, looks like they aren't just sticking to new material but actually reanimating the stories used in the OAVs. I don't know why they needed to go with a new art style, it's not like the OAVs were super detailed and busy with animation.
Looks horrible...

Lots of panties and compromising positions with no actual sexuality.
They have no choice to make this mostly original material, don't they? The manga is so short. The four-episode OVA adapted the entire thing, and even had room for an original story of its own!

Filler. Hard to build on new material with a one-volume manga for sure.

If this is airing on TV Tokyo, then probably less than that...
