The Night Class (vampires) seems to be co-ed.

However, the Day Class (humans) consists entirely of Girls.

(Before anyone asks,no,I do not consider Zero to be part of the Day Class).

Why is that?

Why aren't there any Day Class guys who are attracted to the Night Class girls?

There are guys in the day class. They even have their own dorm. You don't see many of them because there's a lot of emphasis on the day class girls and their infatuation with the night class guys. Keep reading, you'll see them eventually, just not often.

P.S. Yuuki's day class president is a guy and the only one shown so far who's obsessed with a night class girl.

Why wouldn't you consider Zero a member of the Day Class? He is one.

And rinmackie is right, the class president is a guy (who is obsessed with Ruka). There are other Day Class guys that you see in the background, but the Day Class doesn't really get much focus (other than Yuuki and Zero, I think we only know two Day Class characters' names, the presidents, which I don't remember, and Yuuki's friend/roommate Yori).

Fine.

The only reason I doubted Zero's status as a Day Class student was his lack of interaction (at least ,as far as I could tell) with most of the day class (apart from Yuki).

Look at his uniform. The Day Class uniform is black and that is what Zero wears. Whether he's social or not really has nothing to do with anything beyond his personality.

spoiler[In fact there is a plot point in which they talk about switching Zero to Night Class, since he is a vampire, but he and Yuuki are very against it.]
