Ack! For the second week in a row there's no Gunslinger Girl love!
It's rerunning on IFC Friday nights.

Bosomy fart pee-pee pants

After the ream of disclosures they must have gone through for last week's Code Geass ep, this scene will definitely be left in.

No new Naruto in the US, because why show enjoyable if silly Naruto fillers when you can ride the coattails of Hellboy II's mild theatrical success

They are just saving up for the summer marathons everyone loves so much (and they didn't want you to miss any new eps while out.)

This week's Shin-chan episode makes fun of: yellow food dye

Phew, as long as they left the sacred red dyes alone.

More than two weeks Daedelus, but still no mention of Gunslinger Girl, strange.................... Also no mention of Black Lagoon reruns on Starz. One must trust one's own eyes.............

I fell asleep last night and missed 99% of Speed Grapher and Gunslinger Girl(and all of the second run). I know Speed Grapher will rerun on Monday, but am I SOL for Gunslinger Girl?

Hello! Cool

I was a watcher of Zatch Bell and I wish that Viz had not given up on the show. It would be nice if someone else got the show but I don't think that will happen.

Now to Funimation giving up on Kodocha that has not happened yet. I believe that at AX the Funimation reps said that they were still trying to see what they could do to help Kodocha become a success. So don't give up on Kodocha yet.

Well, Funi is releasing two box sets of Kodocha on Aug. 5th, so they are at least trying to give the show more exposure. Since they've been throwing a lot of money around making sure the Geneon victims can pick up where they left off, I would like to hope they will give some love to the Kodocha fans and release the rest of the series. It may well depend on how well these two box sets sell, so anyone curious about it, please buy.

Just as I was getting into Zatch, CN dropped it 2 weeks later. Confused Canadians are lucky!

I think IFC has a website you can watch episodes on. (I'm not sure if it's free or not.)

Well, it has been "back" for a while, really.

YTV had the newest episodes since September of last year. Though after airing them for about a month, they took it off the air again for unknown reasons. New episodes resumed in May.

I suspect that YTV acquired 26 more episodes, which would mean that they have up to Episode 104. But with Cartoon Network canceling the show, Zatch Bell! is most likely done here anime-wise, as I don't think they'd produce more episodes just for YTV.

My programming guide still lists Naruto as airing tonight in the USA...

Whatever the heck, though: I'm going to watch Avatar anyway. If Naruto doesn't air, it would be for the best considering Avatar's final episodes air tonight straight through that time-slot.

Yeah definitely, Avatar is the highlight of the night. Cool

I wasn't a Zatch Bell watcher (I don't like the series), but I can say I'm unhappy with the news that Viz gave up on it. That's like what FUNimation did to Kodocha. A shame for the people who were buying the DVDs and trying to follow it for sure.

What can they do when not enough people are buying? Do a Saint Tail? Confused
