I can't wait to see this, I've long dreamed of the day when The Simpsons will feature an anime related parody or homage that isn't a joke about Poke'mon, Dragonball/Z/other installment, Sailor Moon, Astroboy, or an old sentai show.

Aaaah, Nina Matsumoto is AMAZING. Yokaiden looks like it might be the OEL title closest to "REEEEEEL MANGA LOL," and her style and humor are PRECIOUS.

I like *Morpheus306's style more, not to mention he actually animates for The Simpsons.
It's just too bad he took down his "Haruhi Simpson" drawings down. |

Oh I saw the haruhi pictures. It's funny I came across this article while listening to zetsubou billy (which actually sounds alright after a few times) Well no we see what bishounen would look like in the Simpson's world. I think it's cool though

I'd like to see a cartoon, but it's nice that the comic series still cares about Halloween parodies, since I stopped watching the show around the same time those jerks @ FOX moved the specials to November. The movie was really the last time I saw anything from that series. Give us that Ackbar and Jeff toon already, Matt.

I just had an image of their Japanese and English voices coming out of their Simpsons counterparts, Yeah Mamoru Miyano and Brad Swaile's voices coming from a Simpson style character would be strange, especially the Kira Laugh, and imagine Aya Hirano's voice and Shannon Chan-Kent's voices coming from a simpsonized Misa (especially the Misa song), or Kappei Yamaguchi and Allesandro Juliani's (also a Ranma 1/2 cast member) voice coming from a simpsonized L, yeah this would be strange indeed.
And, imagine what my Konata-tan from Lucky Star would look like Simpsonized with Aya Hirano and Wendee Lee's voices coming from them, considering Konata is my female anime/manga counterpart, or rather yet female counterpart in general, and my anime crush (yes I have a crush on Konata, and Haruhi along with many others), my avatar on animeOST(as Syugo), dannychoo(as Syugo), and ANN (as ShugoYotsuba), except on VEOH (as dragon6888) where Kikaider is my avatar, and my second favourite anime character next to Son Goku from DRAGONBALL , I mean I love The Simpsons I'd be shocked!! |

In all seriousness, though; I think it's cool that this is being serialized in the comic, and it would probably make for a hilarious Halloween special...I guess I'll keep dreaming for that one. |
