Not sure if Oban is considered anime but i'll take a stab at it...

Have you tried Best Buy? Like one of their stores? I've seen it there. Although it depends on what part of MI you're in. I live in Detroit. If you can give me a city, and I can tell you the store closest to you.

I'd second any electronics store around or any anime/comic shop that sells anime.
