Regardless, he should never walk out as long as he killed a lot of people over a trivial thing he lost his awful marbles on.

This is becoming almost as much drama as Blake and Justin. The man murdered 36 people in cold blood. There’s no reason to keep him alive and force the taxpayers to pay for his life in prison. If he isn’t put to death, then he’ll have life in prison without parole. So he won’t be rehabilitated and reintroduced to society to attempt to become a functioning citizen again (if that’s even possible in Japan).
This all feels like tactics by his defense team in an attempt to portray him as being as mentally unstable as claimed. |

Yeah, I can say the same. I don't think this will be taken seriously given the serious nature of the crime, and the fact that victims are killed, and this is Japan. |
