NBCUniversal Reveals From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman Newest PV Trailer, ED Theme Song by FLOW & More

Tokyo, Japan (February 7, 2025): NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan is excited to reveal the second official anime PV trailer and ending theme song by rock band FLOW for the highly anticipated From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman anime series scheduled for April 2025. The light novel and manga series has over 6.5 million printed copies in circulation.

The newly released second PV features daily interactions between Beryl and his former disciples, and the first teaser of FLOW's theme song.

FLOW is a five-member mixed rock band, well known for its collaborations with anime series. They are currently on their biggest world tour yet, covering Australia, North America, Europe, South America, and Asia under "FLOW WORLD TOUR ANIME SHIBARI 2024-2025". FLOW shared a special comment to fans about the announcement:

"The Old Man era has finally arrived!!! We, FLOW, are from the same generation as the protagonist, Beryl Gardenant. We know that dedicating oneself to a craft leads to unexpected encounters and experiences. Having played music for over 20 years, this collaboration means a lot to us. We've incorporated the Western fantasy atmosphere of the series into our sound, and crafted lyrics that only an old man with years of experience can write.
