Yet another season ending awkwardly in the middle of a race, but that 3rd season announcement more than made up for it. Go, Kanata, go!!!

They are adapting it at the pace the Manga flows without filler or cuts, so it doesn't fit neatly into broadcast Cours.

Glad it’s getting a third season but I wish they’d adapt the entire race in a season, even if it took 16-20 episodes. That was something I loved about initial D. Plenty of episodes and seasons. I was so fired up during this race and then it abruptly ended until when? 2026?

This season was slightly better than the first, but as a whole, this keeps being very underwhelming. Still hardly any plot or character development, and the absence of any form of realism keeps bugging me. And indeed annoying that they end the season at some completely random point. Had I not been a petrolhead, I would have long dropped this mess...

Curious if next season will have more reused Initial D songs since this one had three, from Third Stage, Final Stage & Battle Stage 3.
