Thanks for the interview! I like manhwas about villainesses so much! I hope that they will be adapted into anime! It would be great!

Always happy to see Miriam Bonastre's works get a shoutout, Hooky is one of the best webcomics in recent memory, in my opinion.

Uh, this is quite a interesting interview you done here ANN. I didn't think manhwa/webtoons would reach the level of near-level mainstream popularity in the west (compared to back in the 2000's, and parts of early 2010's when it was still super niche), I guess that's what happened when the popularity of K-dramas, and K-pop helped and played a big role in boosting manhwa/webtoons.
I think it's safe to say that webtoons/manhwa have now become big rival to Japanese manga in the west. As long as you have K-pop and K-drama that are still thriving, webtoons will continue to go parallel with their Japanese counterpart. |

You're welcome! Villainess manhwas are captivating, and an anime adaptation would be fantastic! The unique plots and strong characters would translate well to animation. Let's hope that more of these stories receive the recognition they deserve through high-quality anime adaptations in the future!
