Another good one, 2/2 so far for me.

Interesting to see Hidive/Sentai getting another NUMAnimation series, after BokuYaba success, tho BokuYaba is a Avex series, while this one is NBCUniversal like... Yozakura Family, as I said on the Jellyfish thread, I think sentai might have it.

Only 6 months? Wow, I still remember when it took between 1-3 years.

Same, Hidive obviously doesn’t get as many shows as CR but the few that they get tend to be good.

Really doubt Sentai has Yozakura. According to SAG-AFTRA's website, there is a union dub seemingly comissioned for it and Sentai never does union stuff. It's most likely Netflix or Hulu.

Also distributors licensing multiple shows from the same Japanese publisher doesn't mean anything. People were absolutely certain that Sentai had some kind of "partnership" with Pony Canyon when Sentai licensed multiple things from them, then CR licensed and co-produced multiple Pony Canyon shows afterwards.

Goody. This is another show I wanted Sentai/HIDIVE to get.

Don't worry, Daddy Crunchyroll should still have 35+ new shows for you to choose from.

I'm pretty sure that this one and the jellyfish anime probably not getting a dubcast (Hidive simuldub) because its was CGDCT and their winter anime like Urusei yatsura s2, Chained Soldier, Bokuyaba and Gushing over magical girl still not getting a dub

One good thing about an anime getting licensed by HIDIVE is that it (almost) guarantees future physical media release with dub.

That's a pity, I was interested in this one but Hidive doesn't operate in Europe anymore so I won't be able to watch it. Unless Crunchyroll does something uncharacteristically nice and picks it up here.

Sure would be nice to be able to cheer for the competition! Too bad the competition does not see me as a customer anymore.

Bokuyaba has an English dub. It exists.
