Yeah, I'm 5 months from joining that club myself. 5 months from today exactly actually. It's funny really, I'm back in school and a lot of my classmates are talking about how old they feel because they're going to be 20 soon.

Heh, well I do look at the way they act and hope and pray that I wasn't that stupid when I was 19, heh. I may be almost 30, but I believe I'm all the better for it, so it's not such a bad thing.

I just finished writing and I'm bored, so sure.
Name - Patrick
Sex - Male
Blood Type - Blood scares me...okay, so it doesn't, but I don't know...nor care. In fact, what does it matter? Who identifies themselves or others by blood type?
Location - Some place no one has heard of probably, Byron Center, MI
Marital Status - Single
Age - 17
Ethnicity - German and a mixture of things not part of the Master Race
Religion - Catholic...and yes, putting "Roman" in front of it annoys me
Pets - My cats a whore...so it pops out about 12 a month....then eats them. But currently I think I have 13 running around. Not inside mind you, one day some odd years ago it just showed up at my house and never left. Seeing as none have lasted more than a year, I'm surprised this one has lasted so long...if only it fell threw ice and was encased in it like one of my other ones. Sad thing is, that one was actually cool.
Drink/Smoke - Well legally I can't do the former, and smoking stupid.
Likes - Silence, personal space, being whimsical, stupid people (who doesn't need an ego-booster once in a while?), writing
Dislikes - Crowds, annoying people (AKA, stupid people), various other things
Favorite Anime - Elfen Lied, When They Cry, NGE, Denno Coil, TMoHS, GiTS, Haibane Renmei, and more.
Favorite Manga - Not much of a manga reader
Favorite Books - Inheritance Cycle, Harry Potter, most of Terry Brooks' books, sci-fi/fantasy books in general, and psychological ones like Heart of Darkness
Favorite Games - Final Fantasy XII, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Solid, Star Wars: Battlefront
Favorite TV Shows/Movies –Crash, 300, Star Wars, Scrubs, Arrested Development, Futurama
Favorite Drink - Pollo
Non-Alcoholic Drink - Pink/Lemonade, Tea
Favorite Foods - Meat
Favorite Sites - ANN, gamespot (don't ask why...force of habit I guess)
Favorite Sport (to watch) - Watching sports has as much point and value as watching paint dry, but at least the latter could kill you
Favorite Sport (to play) - Soccer
Favorite Music - Random, but I REFUSE to listen to crap...rap, my bad. No, seriously, it was a typo, I didn't feel like pressing "delete".
Job - Currently unemployed. Looking for a job, and hopefully I'll have something to toss to a publisher by high school's end.
Hobbies - Watching anime, reading, writing, lounging around, meandering about outside, cloud watching, enjoying the silence so rarely found in my house.
Fun Facts
I once wrestled a moose...and came out on top. Haha, I originally spelt "mouse", but I did wrestle a mouse, so that one’s actually true. But I think that's an incredible feat, those things are hard to catch.
I'm incredibly shy in person.
I'm easily bored.
My attention span is worse than a rodents.
My 9th grade English teacher thought I was crazy and sent me to my school's guidance counselor. I can't blame her, sometimes I wonder if I have a few screws loose...and admittedly the story I wrote wasn't...the most pleasant to say the least.
Very little affects me. I'm rather impassible if I may say so myself.
9+5 does not equal 10
I'm random, and my randomness is not always appreciated...I have a tendency to piss people off. Oh, and not everybody enjoys my honesty...or me speaking my mind. Well you know what; the man won't hold me down! But I do know when to hold my tongue; the only problem is caring to do so.
Penguins are by far the greatest animal ever created, especially the ones that breathe fire.
Dolphins with Gatling guns on their back would be awesome, no?
Ninja monkeys riding wolves into battle would also be a cool sight.
Apple pie...need more be said?
I do wonder, does anyone consider any of these "fun facts" or do people do this just to "hear" themselves talk?
I'm Buddhist by nature, Christian by faith, Catholic by practice.
The intangible is much more interesting than the tangible...I have a philosophical nature
I am very prone to awkward wording.
Double negatives are a pet peeve of mine. In fact, bad grammar in general is. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but come now, at least be at a comprehensible level. One that doesn’t distract the reader. And spell check, please.
I'm hungry.
Why am I still going on?
Anyone think I'm crazy? On drugs?
Seriously....
I like chicken, I like liver, meow mix, meow mix please deliver. Is that supposed to be one sentence?
I think I should be going to bed now, grammar errors galore, doesn't that make me seem like a hypocrite? I think I caught them all now though.

Kyon, quick question. I use to play golf, and I always see lots of mid-age men drinking alcohol while golfing (the trash cans was filled with beer bottles and cigarette buds). My question is why do they drink while playing golf? And is alcohol allowed on the golf course? I am just curious.
DFBTG you are funny, I like your style. Randomness and intangible are awesome concept, but I don't practice those myself.

Not all golfers are like that, and I think it also depends on the situation. Obviously, in a tournament, you won't see too much heavy drinking, unless that person is playing really badly. I myself might have one or two beers in an occasional round of golf, but you'll never see anything in a can in my hand. Nor will the words Bud, Coors, Busch, or Miller be involved.
I'm in a unique situation at my course, which is a private estate that includes an 18 hole golf course. We only get around 400-500 rounds played in a year (most municipal courses can do that in a weekend easily). But even at my course, I've seen a foursome go out and literally drink four or more cases of beer in a single round.
To finish an overly long answer to a simple question, it's the same as anywhere else. You will find all kinds of people playing golf, and hopefully the few won't give the many a bad name.
