So its not an attempt to make a new madman entertainment. They want to function is middle men between producers and distributors. I guess it will depend deeply on if the big platforms will tolerate their presence or starve them out by refusing to buy their stuff.

That's not quite accurate. They do intend to distribute physical media, but not stream themselves. A lot like Viz Media, Discotek Media or All the Anime (Anime Ltd) for example. |
