If it's the final batch, wouldn't that mean there'll be 26 episodes released in one day? That's a lot of episodes. And I guess this means the Horizons dub will start around August or September, since there's usually a month or 2 gap between seasons.
Edit: it seems it's not the final batch. Assuming the final 11 episodes come out a few months later (probably in September) what does this mean for the Horizons dub? Assuming it still airs weekly in Canada, they will finish the episodes in late July, and there's usually a month or two gap between the end of one season and the start of the next. Will it air in Canada way ahead of the US? I guess we'll find out soon.

I know that, it's just that they usually release 12-13 episodes every few months, so I was surprised.

Here are the episodes being released in this "final batch".
118, 120, 122-125, 127,129-136
The episodes being skipped are skipped because they are recaps.
There'll be 15 episodes released in 1 day and we'll have to wait for the final 11 another day.

Ultimate Journeys finished a few days ago, but the international version considers Aim To Be A Pokemon Master as part of Ultimate Journeys. In other words, the good bye episodes to Ash and Pikachu will be airing on Saturday (in Canada) on a weekly basis, so there won't be a break.

Nothing made sense, even by Pokemon's standards.
