Holy crap, they actually have a bilinguist to do both voice languages? Has that ever happened before?
I mean, I recall the creator of Villainous voicing both the Spanish and English of Black Hat, but in a major anime that's a rarity.

It's happened multiple times. Mari Iijima voiced Minmay in ADV's Macross dub. Karin Kagami voices her characters in both the English and Japanese versions of D4DJ and Cardfight Vanguard Will+Dress.

Only other time I can think of is the ADV dub of SDF Macross, which got Mari Iijima to voice Minmay again over 20 years later. EDIT: Double-ninja'd.

Miyuki Sawashiro in Di-Gi Charat did double with both the English and JP dubs.
