Niji calling this a "graduation" is pretty disingenuous, considering he was pretty clearly fired for repeated bad behavior.
"Graduation" is meant for an amiable split, like when the talent retires. Compare that to Hololive firing Rushia for her leaks and properly calling it a "termination", because that's what it was.

Because the only times Nijisanji ever use Termination were involving actual crimes: sexual harassment, and Slander (which still has ongoing court case). Yugo did bad, but not enough to be lumped with actual criminals.

I don't think his "graduation" was warranted, it sounds like a case similar to Vesper who only got 2 weeks suspension for his temper and as for that drunk stream, I've seen worse from Vtubers.

this was an ongoing issue. vesper got a 2 week suspension for a one off incident, but yugo seems to have been having poor behavior repeatedly.

That doesn't change that it's a pretty euphemistic misuse of the term, only that Nijisanji apparently always uses it like that.

JP corporations being euphemistic? Impossible!
There's absolutely no further information here for those not involved to go on and pass judgment, so the comparison to Rushia is invalid.
Equally as likely was that the term graduation was used so that Yugo, not the company, can save face.
