Apparently, he is now under the orders of All For One.

But will this be enough to convince the MHA production committee to pull a "Fourth Avenue Cafe" and replace the current ED with something else?

Wouldnt they be under contract to use the song?

It probably varies depending on the individual production, but in Japan these contracts will often have exceptions for this sort of situation.

Pretty much this. This has happened in the past and most companies have fall backs in case something were to happen.
For instance, the Opening song for The World Ends With You got changed literally before broadcast (with Episode 1 replacing the Opening song as an insert, which was seen in the pre-air version, with another track), after the band's drummer was caught scamming people and was charged as such. This was initially replaced with the Game version of Twister and then an anime-specific version of Twister shortly afterwards (think it was Episode 3 or 4 when it aired). After this all went down, though, this caused the band's activities to go on temporary hiatus, as well as this song to be effectively de-existed.
That said, it's so close to an ending change, they might just ride it out, but I wouldn't be surprised if they roll back to ED 9 until ED 11 is ready (and this actually happened with Kenshin's one ending, when the band's lead singer, I think, got charged with drug possession and usage and they rolled back to the previous ending).

At least he admitted his guilt, or was helped to admit his guilt. A lot of times it has to be fought out in court.

I mean he was arrested. There probably wasn't much of a way out for him.

Well, Promised Neverland Season 2 is already avoided by the fans so that's not much of an issue, but I wonder what will happen with MHA's ending

Really depends. Composer of Uzaki S2 OP was arrested recently for a different case. They do not plan to change the song but they cancelled the single release.

Oh boy, so looks like I'm expecting any anime with music he composed/worked on to get change as a result of this arrest.
