Being very technical here, I don't think that's covered by Obscenity Laws in the United States... though that doesn't mean they can't have a secret/illegal list of suspicious people or something. |

I wasn't entirely serious, but that's exactly what I alluded to. That said, the title would be at home in a porn store, but elsewhere it would surely raise some eyebrows. I guess that's the intention? |

Hey, ever since I saw the movie Se7en (David Flincher, 1995), where a list of people who check specific books at the library is mentioned, I thought to myself: "I know this is fiction, but they could just very well do this".

Just for the record, I wasn't being judgmental towards the manga; just riffing on the title by itself.
Being provocative on purpose is totally valid. One of my favorite manga of all time is called Molester Man, and it's about a misunderstanding that set the plot events in motion (the protagonist is not a molester and there is no molesting in the manga). |
