I'm looking for imported wallscrolls (From Japan, not bootlegged) does anyone have some advice on where to get them. I've looked around on Ebay and there is no guarentee that it will not be bootlegged and most onlines stores only have Great Eastern and bootleggs.

Go to Ebay. I can't remember the seller's name, but you can get just about any anime wallscroll for about $20, including shipping.

if you don't mind, can you look him up?

For the really hard to find series/characters, consider investigating YJP. Do a search on ANN I wrote a lengthy introduction on how to obtain items using a DS. Good luck. Wink

Most of the ones on Ebay are bootleg :-/ just like most of the anime on Ebay if you aren't careful. As for YJP - search returned zero results; of corse it might help if I knew that YJP stood for Very Happy

Its not for a bit, but the San Diego Comic Con has a good amount, you just have to look. I got a grip of them last year from the Con. It was like 2 for $15. There arent bootleg either. Which ones are you looking for? Got a friend headed to Japan?

like any other bootleg a unlisceced product.

With wallscrolls I dont give a damn if its bootleg or not the industry doesnt reliy on the sale of wallscrolls to survive.

DVD's on the other hand.

The quality of many non-licensed wallscrolls would amaze you. Still I wonder just how popular they are in JP considering the overwhelming amount of stuff offered on YJP and places like Mandarake. Btw, for those of you who aren't familiar with M, you should definitely investigate it. They have tons of anime merchandise, manga, toys, doujinshi, and other rare collectibles. Cool

I think there is really only one US company that makes wall scrolls. It is not a common/known company. I will try to find it.

Found it! It's called 'Great Eastern'. Exciting eh
