Due to pesky union laws, I doubt that there is any. There might be some exceptions, though. |

Nope Every show FUNi licensed that were outsourced to LA was through other studios. (Not counting the shows from the original FUNiroll deal as those Bang Zoom dubs were commissioned by Crunchyroll). |

I'm both glad and surprised this show is getting dubbed. They're dumping all the dubbed episodes at once... which shows they have no faith in it... but the cast is literally from all over the place.
Makes me wonder if was made on bet or a dare or something. |

I completely forgot about this show. I watched the first episode or two then dropped it. I assumed Funi already dubbed it.

So basically an LA Idol dub (haven't had one of those since the original Love Live) save for a surprise Christina Kelly.
I wonder if they'll dub the songs? |

Well Funi outsourced this to another studio, hence the more varied cast and they have been dropping several dubs of shows from their back catalogue that they weren't able to immediately dub thanks to Covid over the past year or so. It's less that they had faith in it and more that there were other shows they decided to prioritise, let alone give a semi-weekly release. |
