So no PS4/PS5 version? That seems weird, considering it's just a timed exclusive. Why would Capcom not want to make money... oh wait it's Capcom, that wouldn't be the first time.

As sort of a PC gamer, that made me happy! But I hope the port is well made, and also that doesn't mean cutting support immediately from Monster Hunter World.

By the same leaks that revealed Rise getting ported, seems like Nintendo paid for the exclusivity Switch deal - outside of PC.

I know, though that was supposed to be just for a year as far as I know... but maybe that wasn't the case.

If I would have to guess I would say that Nintendo want's to keep exclusive console rights. But they probably don't mind a PC release because PC gaming is not really a thing in Japan.
Anyway releasing a game on PC is always a good thing in my book.

Going forward World will be the X Series/PS5 thing while Rise will be Nintendo's thing with PC getting both. I hope I can transfer my Switch progress to PC but I'm not getting my hopes up sadly.
