Its probably so because people enjoy them just the way they are else they would already change or stop making them  And iam one of thoose too gimme all trash isekai because they are just simple and enjoyable to watch 90% of them though ofc there were some like that ragnarok or cheat magician that were rly rly bad and i struggled to finish it till last ep lul.

This has my attention because the MC has similar colors to Keisuke from Hacker's Memory, which was announced in early 2017.

Pffft, we still haven't heard a single peep about No Game No Life, the phenom that started the trend. You'd think during this surge in the genre's popularity they'd capitalize and get a second season out, but no, let's pile on the lazily written stuff first.
