No one told Bungie that when they cut themselves off from Activision enabling them to do the same thing with Destiny whose third game hasn't been announced.

At the very least, I'd like to see them go self-publishing with the character just because Nintendo kinda put restraints on how Platinum sexualized her in part 1 going on to part 2, and it might get worse and worse over time.
Still, Part 2 was a fine game with not many changes to the original ip, but Nintendo regressed her instead of letting her evolve, imo.

Funny how "Speaking during a Nintendo Treehouse livestream, Bayonetta 2 director Yusuke Hashimoto said that PlatinumGames worked with Nintendo’s designers on each new costume that they created. Hashimoto said that, initially, there was an undershirt beneath Bayonetta’s Link costume, but that Nintendo suggested they get rid of it, since it wasn’t fitting of Bayonetta’s character.” tells otherwise.
