wait... so thye literally took em to court over "we patented motion control"?
whatever judge ruled in favor of them must of been high as it was clearly grasping for straws. if they actually succeeded they'd hit kinect and ps move next...it was a badly tried money grab. |

Pretty much. Judge made a bad call. Thankfully that's why appeals exist. |

Even if this this is a case of patent trolling or Nintendo did indeed infringe on a patent, I don't know how much this would set them back financially seeing as they are a big corporation.
