Almost sounds like an OVA from the heyday of OVA's when things would come out animating the middle of mangas with little to no context just to entice you to read the manga.

This looks... Horrible. While I get what they're trying to do, that cg is just bad.

Easy pass. They lost me on the reveal of giant wasps. Lost Village nearly got me with theirs, but knowing what they're going for here, NOPE.

Me: Yeah, this doesn't sound like a fun ride.
Also me: Did someone say guro fetish?

Buuuut so many guro works that I like most for their guro are still great stories. There are some basic guro fetish works where you can tell no love was put into anything, and in those, even the guro falls flat. I'll check it out, but it'll probably be a waste of time.

Watching this reminded me of the 1950's giant bug movies. Not in a good way.

No mentin of B horror movies? that is literalyl what this is. Maybe the reviewer wanted to destroy the anime, but then just saying that this feels more like a C horror movie would have been enough. I mean, this is a decent watch for B horror movie buffs and that's about it.
