I have zero problem with ecchi shows though I have to wonder why ComicFesta doesn't just go with the complete version and than have trailers for it on their website. With that plot summary it seems odd to make a broadcast version of this show given the added cost of having different VAs for the broadcast version. I guess there is some marketing reason for doing it this way.

The premise sounds like the biggest sexual harassment/assault nightmare in the workplace.  So par for the course with this type of ecchi. I wish there were more adult romance manga/anime out there where both parties actually, y'know, seemed to enjoy the sexy fun times that occur instead of one side always being cast as forced/surprised/drugged/tricked and yet falling for the other person anyway.

My guess is that it’s actually the same voice actors for both versions, but in the uncensored version they’re using pseudo-names. It happens in hentai games and anime a lot.

Wow, this sounds dumb, but I’m so relieved it’s not about body-shaming a woman who wears “XL” clothes, because that’s what I thought it would be about when I saw “XL.” So the “XL” body part is hidden...(knowing hentai standards, probably by mosaic....)
