They could go with Viz Media’s Mr. Osomatsu English Dub cast. Or create their own.

Creating their own sounds more likely, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they manage to get Viz Media’s cast.

Well, this is an unexpected crossover. To be honest I haven't seen Black Clover yet but I saw the first season of Osomatsu-san, but I'm confused. I this a filler episode, just some advertisement for the upcoming Osomatsu-san movie, or both? Does Osomatsu-san and Black Clover characters' share the same actors in Japanese?

In theory they could, since a lot of the actors who portray the sextuplets have worked with Funimation in the past. That said, there's the unfortunate possibility that they skip this episode entirely (kind of like the One Piece crossovers with Dragon Ball and Toriko) due to licensing restrictions.
