While I am excited about seeing this after finishing the last two movies recently, I have heavy doubts that the story will have any decent conclusion when it comes to humanity. My guess is that Ghidorah will blow up the space station and everyone on the ground will live and "survive", whatever that entails on an Earth that's changed that much.
I can only hope the fight between the monsters will be decent, but at this point you really wouldn't root for either of them. Sure, maybe Ghidorah will aim more to destroy the whole planet while you can "coexist" with Godzilla at least, but Godzilla ends up being no different than humanity at the end of the day.
Remember when the characters criticized humanity for "destroying or overly changing the planet"? Godzilla has done the same 10x over. We see no other life on the planet other than plants and mini dragons that have nothing connecting them to being Godzilla offspring so apparently they are birds or something that evolved with Godzilla's cells????
The world building on the planet has been a bit too sloppy, which is the main reason why I have little interest in the future of the world whether Godzilla or Ghidorah wins, or even if they kill each other. No matter what the story is about, we need something more to hope to try to reach for other than just trying to survive, in my opinion.
Otherwise, I've loved the music and the directing, although the visuals have been a bit too shaded sometimes, but with a giant yellow dragon coming I don't think that should be an issue in the next movie.

That's a fair point. Much better than the many people whose reaction is just "Grrrrr, no Mechagodzilla, technobabble, grrrrrr!" I understand feeling like the heroes won't have a great outcome no matter what monsters live or die. I loved the ending of the second one so much that I'm on board for whatever they do now, though I am a bit worried.
I'm worried that, even though with the movies seeming like parts of a large movie, the final film will only have a bit more action in it than the previous two, somehow. The Ghidorah bit could be relegated to one sequence for all we know. I'm also worried about Ghidorah itself. The poster portrays these weird pincer things - don't look like heads - and the "necks" are in the form of a DNA strand. Will Ghidorah take some new weird-ass form just like Mechagodzilla did? Someone on the Godzilla reddit said jokingly that maybe Ghidorah will just be a cloud or something, but...who knows? Some sort of planet-eating mega-virus cloud is similar in concept to the nano-metal we've already dealt with, but perhaps not too similar that they won't do it. That DNA thing is what bugs me. That can't be something they did for no reason.
Whatever happens, I know we're going to get some interesting stuff with the Exif and hopefully Mothra will show up too, so I'm hoping for some good stuff. If it's lacking in the action or actual monsters department, well, we'll only have to wait four months after the presumed January 2019 Netflix release until King of the Monsters comes to theaters.

On the news tab of the official site, it looks like there may be some kind of thing in theaters on Aug 3 (Japan). Not sure if that means this teaser or something else.
Also the story tab says "coming soon" so I think they are updating it.
